About The Course

There is increasing expectation from key stakeholders, including regulators and investors, that organisations demonstrate how climate-related risks are identified, assessed and managed within existing risk management and governance structures. This includes linking climate risk to financial performance, asset values and long-term resilience.

Climate change is now recognised as a driver of long-term organisational sustainability and resilience, requiring a structured and disciplined approach to risk management and decision-making.

This interactive masterclass provides structured guidance on how climate change impacts enterprise risk management, governance and strategic decision-making. Delivered by experienced practitioners, the course bridges climate risk concepts with practical risk management application, focusing on how organisations can embed climate risk within existing frameworks in a clear and proportionate way.

The session also introduces forward-looking considerations, including emerging risks and scenario-based thinking, to support more informed and resilient decision-making.

Participants will gain a practical understanding of how climate-related risks integrate into enterprise risk management, strengthening governance, reporting and organisational oversight.
