- As Project manager for SoulFood ForestFarms I managed full business development in Spain, engaging over 300 stakeholders, coordinating strategic partnerships (50+) and client portfolio (20+), competitively launching the project within 3 months.
- Led fundraising campaign and multiple grants proposals, among which National Geographic (50.000€), and Horizon Europe 2025 - Cluster 6 grants, increasing funding opportunities
- Supported R&D in developing a d-MRV system integrating remote sensing, GIS analysis and field data, using Landprint software, developing a CSRD-ESRS compliant monitoring platform.
- Co-desgined 40+ Syntropic Agroforestry pilot systems to restore 100 ha of farmland in Spain and strengthening 50 farmers’ economic resilience
- Led a multi-stakeholder online working group of 20 cotton industry key-actors across 8 regions, enhancing V.2 of the Regenerative Outcomes Framework with on-field feedback,
- Capacitated fashion brands’ sustainibility teams, adopting Nature Positive strategies compliant with SBTN and TFND frameworks through regenerative cotton sourcing.
- Conduced 300+ global cotton multi-stakeholder analyses, informing the Climate & Nature impact team on engagement strategy
- Reviewed 10+ papers, reports (SEEP), summaries, and assessment tools (PFMM), reinforcing scientific robustness and alignment with field realities
- Represented the organization at the TE Conference 2024, Round Tables and Regenerative Ag. and Biodiversity Communities of Practice, inspiring 300+ participants in adopting regenerative agriculture
- Facilitated participatory workshops with 300 farmers through the role-playing games TerriStories, empowering communities on inclusive governance and collaborative decision-making for Forest Landscape Restoration.
- Engaged 80 stakeholders and established the Intercommunal Platform between Yoko and Nanga Eboko, initiating participatory governance for Forest Landscape Restoration on 10,000 ha and improving the livelihoods of 5,000 farmers and women.
- Capacitated the Forest4future team integrating Syntropic Agriculture into Forest Landscape Restoration measures
- Recruited and coordinated a local team of three staff and two experts, effectively completing 20 field missions
- Managed the full project cycle and team, led grants proposal securing 40.000€, and managed project accounting, effectively tracking and delivering L.E.A.F. project activities and goals within time and budget
- Managed partnerships with national and international organizations (Agroecology TPP, Permaculture UK, Deafal AOR, and PRIDO-SL)
- Co-designed Syntropic agroforestry systems (1,000 plants/ha), restoring 6 ha of land, and improving livelihood of 100 farmers, incuding 50 women
- Designed and taught lessons to a class of 30 MSc students at Unimi - Master COSAD, and tutored 2 interns, enablling students to professionally adopt the SAFA and TAPE Frameworks by FAO to monitor project targets
